Adem Kassie Abebe (Dr) is Senior Advisor in the Constitutional Building Programme of the International Institute for Democracy and Electoral Assistance; Vice President of the African Network of Constitutional Lawyers; and Extraordinary Lecturer, at the Faculty of Law, Centre for Human Rights, University of Pretoria. Abduletif Kedir Idris is a student of interdisciplinary human rights, comparative constitutional and public law focusing on Ethiopia. He is currently a PhD candidate at the Max Planck Institute for Social Anthropology in Halle, Germany, and a Lecturer at the Center for Human Rights of Addis Ababa University, Ethiopia.
